Trademark Hearing

– The person or his trademark/agent attorney must appear before the authority with the necessary documents and submissions as specified in the hearing notice.

– The case must be presented along with your documentary evidence, submissions, and related case laws when you reach the particular trademark officer. Your administrator will either make a decision about your case right away (rejected or accepted) or delay it for a few days.
